Starting this February at our Centre 10825 Yonge St, Suite 201 Richmond Hill
Peer Support Drop in at the HOTH Centre every Thursday 1pm-3p.m. is a two-hour, drop-in peer support group for youth and young adults aged 18 to 29 who are affected by mood disorders and related challenges. Sessions are led by a Peer.
Our aim is to provide you with the support you need, in a safe inclusive space for fun and connection, to manage your mental health challenges.
Join us for lunch, snacks, conversations.
HOTH Centre Monday Mingle for Caregivers! Join us for a Caregiver Respite Group. It’s all about giving caregivers a safe and understanding environment to meet, make friends, do a craft, drink a coffee or just talk in a group of peers. Mondays 1p.m. to 3p.m. at the HOTH Centre – a hot lunch will be provided.
All Fun and Games at the HOTH Centre Wonderful Wednesday’s Gaming afternoons - 1p.m. to 3p.m. Computer games, Board games, Xbox games, Bingo, cards, you name it we’ve got it and lunch is provided!
Programs

Our goal is to provide a safe, caring, stable home environment for persons with serious mental illness. Our Supportive Housing program helps our occupants grow and overcome personal barriers, and supports the development of life skills in the areas of self, family, community, job, and leisure.
