Whats New!

Programs at our Centre 10825 Yonge St, Suite 201 Richmond Hill

Monday 1-3pm Caregiver Mingle. Join us for a Caregiver Respite Group.  It’s all about giving caregivers a safe and understanding environment to meet, make friends, do a craft, drink a coffee or just talk in a group of peers.  A hot lunch will be provided.​ 

Wednesday 1-3pm Art Creations (Recreation Therapy for Clients)

Art Activity Creations : Different mediums-painting, colouring, collaging and drawing.

Thursday 1-3 Peer Support Group (Recreation Therapy for Clients)

Peer Support Group : Offering people support, encouragement, and hope

that recovery is possible. Our aim is to provide you with the support

you need, in a safe inclusive space for fun and connection, to manage your mental health challenges.

 

Friday 7-9pm Music (Recreation Therapy for Clients)

Friday Night Jam Music Group : Karaoke, drumming, singing and all around fun! This is a great group for making new friends.

Our goal is to provide a safe, caring, stable home environment for persons with serious mental illness. Our Supportive Housing program helps our occupants grow and overcome personal barriers, and supports the development of life skills in the areas of self, family, community, job, and leisure.
